Getting Your Base Letter
- Uber: request through the Base Affirmation Portal at help.uber.com
- Lyft: Driver App → Vehicle Documents → Base Affiliation Letter
- Traditional Livery / Black Car: visit your base office in person

Transfer or Change Your Base
- Get a signed Base Transfer Application from the new base.
- Submit via the TLC UP Portal or email FHVTransfers@tlc.nyc.gov
- Pay the $25 fee on the TLC LARS Portal
